We undertook the investment entitled. External ash removal and sorbent systems for a 460 MW power unit of supercritical properties in the Łagisza Power Plant to be performed under the project of restoration of productive powers at Południowy Koncern Energetyczny S.A. (Southern Poland Power Company – joint stock company).
The assumed investment performance period is 3 years.

We are glad to announce that in November 2005 we started operation of a coal dust transportation system in the Czechnica heat and power generating plant. |

Our latest achievement is low-pressure ash removal and pneumatic transport systems. These installations are assumed for medium-size and small power units. Their investment costs are two times lower yet their characteristics are equal to the high-pressure installations commonly used in professional power engineering so far. We would like to inform you that in February 2003 we joined the Polish CCP Union. It unites manufacturers of wastes, companies managing power industry wastes as well as scientific institutes and research laboratories acting in this field. Owing to the Union, power plants as well as power and heat generating plants are provided with excellent conditions for managing their wastes, and CCP companies – with better access to information and options of sharing experience.

- We would particularly like to draw your attention to the latest products among those manufactured by Energo-Eko-System Katowice, namely the industrial fittings comprising a group of products offered under a shared name of “transport valves” as well as the second group of products – dampers.
- TRANSPORT VALVES – assumed mainly for operation in various pneumatic transport systems. They are mounted as outlet closures on the tank pump (chamber feeder), as cut-offs in the individual pipelines transporting dust and air mixtures, and as switchovers directing the flow of the materials being transported to various storage silos.
- DAMPERS (DUST, KNIFE GATE TYPES) – assumed for operation in power, chemical and building industry as well as in environmental protection. The main functions of the dampers is closing (cutting off) outlets from the bulk material storage tanks. They can also be installed under funnels of various types of dumps (from electro-filters of coal boilers, coal and fine coal bunkers, etc.) to operate in pneumatic transport of bulk materials, in hydraulic transport of various types of mixtures and in waste treatment plants. Due to using materials of high erosion resistance in the structure of dampers they are particularly suitable for pneumatic transportation of very abrasive media. The dampers manufactured by our company are equipped with two types of driving units: pneumatic or manual. Additionally, they can be provided with electromechanical or inductive no-contact position sensors.
